Personal Information:

The Woodford County Sheriff's Department is located in the heart of the Bluegrass region of Kentucky. We are a full service agency manned by the Sheriff and 5 full time deputies and 4 part time deputies. We do tax collection, work as bailiffs for the court system, patrol the county and serve civil and criminal process. We also teach the DARE program in Woodford County Elementary Schools. We teach C.A.P.P. (community-accident-prevention-program) at Woodford County High School. Our Department does the Neighborhood Watch program and we are involved in all areas of our community. We feel that we are a very community oriented Sheriff's Department.
